Gary and Wilhelm started 1328 - Black Angus Beef to bring the tastes of the beautiful Manning Valley to your home. We fell in love with this region, its people, its natural beauty and its food.

Our Meat products comes from our Black Angus Herd. Our cattle graze on the lush Manning Valley Pasture and have a peaceful, stress-free life. We provide supplementary hay when needed but they are always free-ranging their paddocks. Minimal inputs are used with the animals only getting drenched for worms when necessary and an annual or one-off vaccination.

Calm stock handling is our practice and our animals happily come up to us in the paddock.
 

Our honey is farmed at our base farm in Hannam Vale. This valley is pure magic and a haven for bees. 

We don't produce large quantities and we only offer our produce when it is ready. We will advertise via social media when we are ready to receive orders, which can be ordered from our website.
